alex robinson - Non-Executive Director

Alex Robinson joined Skipton Building Society in 2008 as Group Commercial Director, and is actively involved in a number of the society’s subsidiaries.

He has a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and has a background in international corporate finance and private equity. More recently, he has been running support service sector companies, developing their strategies and creating new business streams.

He also has an MBA from Cambridge University.

Outside of work, he is a governor of his local school at Marton cum Grafton in North Yorkshire.
