Craig Richardson - Managing Director

Craig joined Jade Software Corporation as Chief Executive in March 2009.

Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer for ASX-listed anchor bottler, Coca-Cola Amatil in New Zealand, with responsibility for strategy, planning, mergers and acquisitions and finance. He also had operational responsibility for business units in Australia, North America and Europe.

Before joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Craig was vice president of Finance for BlueScope Steel’s integrated manufacturer New Zealand Steel, with consolidated turnover of $1 billion. He managed the regions finance and IT functions, and had operational responsibility for manufacturing and construction business units in the Pacific. Craig has also held senior executive roles at Vodafone in Australia and Europe.

Craig is a fellow of CPA Australia and director of humanitarian not-for-profit organisation SISHA (South East Asia Investigations into Social and Humanitarian Activities). He has previously been president of CPA Australia in New Zealand and a director of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of New Zealand.
