PARSYS

The Contact and Fault Management System, Parsys (Product Anomaly Recording System), is used within Jade Enterprise Solutions to record Contacts and Faults. Clients have Internet access to Parsys allowing them to enter Contacts and Faults directly and monitor their progress through conversation entries and formal resolution notes. Parsys also allows Clients to search for other relevant information such as known issues, existing fixes and frequently asked questions.

CONTRACT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Contract and Change Management System (CCMS) is used within Jade Enterprise Solutions to manage Change Requests from the point where a Client submits a request, through quoting for the change, through to delivery and acceptance. Client personnel authorized to approve Change Requests have direct online access to CCMS via the Internet.
