We are assisting indigenous health providers to meet the unique information management challenges they face in Australia.
Our patient information recall system supports care planning, assessment and patient recall, and has been widely used to support chronic disease management in rural and remote Australia.
The application has been adapted to reflect culturally specific data including skin name and unspoken names. This is in addition to mandatory data collection to support management of Medicare claims and Service Activity Reporting.
In New Zealand the case management system supports the collection of culturally specific information including Iwi and Hapu affiliations.
