Sort Field and Sort Order

You can sort the collection in ascending or descending order of the values of a database field or fields.

For example, sales in descending price order.

Instructions

1. Select the Profile | Sort Order... menu command. The Profile Properties dialog is displayed.
2. Select price and click the arrow.
3. Select Retail Sales: price (Desc) in the Sort Fields list.
4. Select the Descending option.
5. Click the Apply button.
6. Click the Close button.
7. Preview the report.

The high value sales are at the top of the report.
