Variations on a Report

A report may have a number of profiles associated with it. Each profile can modify the report by having different:

   »  Sort orders
   »  Selection criteria
   »  Grouping fields

We will change the name of the current profile from 'Default Profile' to 'by Client'. Then we will create a new profile named 'by Agent'.

Instructions

1. Click the Profile Properties button to the right of the Profiles combo box.
   
   
2. Change the name from Default Profile to by Client.
3. Click the Apply button.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Enter the name by Agent.
6. Click the Apply button.
7. Click the Close button.
