JADE CARE24 UTILITY PROVISION — SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE

This service is for JADE users that wish to outsource the provision of the systems management of their systems and the server hardware infrastructure. JADE Software Corporation engages with the customer to develop the operational requirements of the system including capacity, reliability and disaster recovery needs.

JADE Care24 Utility Provision can provide a means by which one time capital costs are replaced with planned monthly operating costs.

The utility provision may also enable a fast-tracked implementation where the hardware and other infrastructure procurement process is completed by JADE Software Corporation and remains independent of the customer's internal capital purchase system.
