Overview

Part of the JADE Technology Group, the JBL Team is here to help our clients achieve high system performance, scalability and operational efficiencies which can deliver significant benefits to their business.

All the work performed by JBL personnel is undertaken in close collaboration with our clients, including on-site work as considered necessary. This has the added benefit of providing a level of education to internal technical personnel if appropriate.

System Performance Health Check

This service is utilised to evaluate the production environment from a performance perspective, with a view to identifying areas of potential improvement. This is targeted to deliver a high-level review of common configuration, implementation and utilisation details covering a "typical" business day.

Application Analysis Service

This service is utilised to help enhance the performance or scalability of a specific business process.  This involves indepth analysis by our experienced consultants into the end to end components of the process.  The output of this activity includes recommendation(s) for corrective actions to address any identified issues. 

Comparative Load test

As a client's business needs change over time, different demands will be placed on their system infrastructure.  JBL is available to perform comparative application load tests between two application configurations. This service is typically utilised ahead of a milestone event such as major application releases, projected changes to business loading or any other event in which there is doubt as to the performance impact a change will have in the production environment. 

Business Incident Response.

From time to time a client’s business may grow beyond expectations and their systems scalability planning may not keep up.  In these cases, experienced JBL personnel are able to expedite getting the systems performance back on track.  The primary deliverable of this service is to provide a plan which defines how the client can achieve delivery of acceptable service levels.
