An opportunity has risen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Central Systems team in Christchurch as an Operator.
Our Central Systems team provide first line support and monitoring for our global customers using our 24 x 7 systems management service. In this role your problem diagnosis and resolution skills will be fully stretched. To make a positive contribution you will have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, excellent English communication skills and be dedicated to prompt and efficient customer service. Previous IT helpdesk experience is an advantage. We provide 24 x 7 coverage to our internal and external customers so you must be available to work rostered rotating shifts.

The Business Development Manager, Financial Services APAC, has the primary responsibility to drive new business opportunities with major financial services corporations across SE Asia. You will be responsible for selling the complete range of Methodware software products and services.
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated track record in Business Development within the Financial Services market in Australia and possibly SE Asia. You will have a tenacious approach and a strong contact network in financial services, coupled with an understanding of the Operational Risk Management market. Your professionalism, relationship building and networking skills as well as your verbal and written communication skills have contributed to your success to date.
You are a self starter with a solid track record of achieving revenue targets. Your sharp business acumen has allowed you to efficiently manage sales and all associated tasks from inception to successful implementation.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Significant experience and success selling enterprise application software
- Experience of Enterprise/Operational Risk Management or of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) industry, or related industries
- A strong understanding for, and deep contact network within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated success of working independently, with a proven track record of prospecting, proposing and closing new business
- Consistently met or exceeded quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with demonstrated success of appropriately utilising company resources to close business
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience selling solutions to committees and "C" level executives

Jade is currently looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on .Net Architect to lead an agile development team working on a new product for International markets. This is a senior role based in Christchurch which includes the opportunity to help set product directions and strategy. To be successful in this role you will hold a tertiary qualification and have a proven technical background, with approximately 5+ years commercial experience. You will have an inquisitive mind, strong C# skills, web development and SQL Server experience, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from both business and technical backgrounds.
