Jade appointed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner in Australia
Jade Software, one of Australia’s foremost providers of digital transformation services, has announced its appointment as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold competency partner. The incorporation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products will enable Jade to fast track digital transformation projects for the financial services sector in Australia.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 complements Jade’s end-to-end digital transformation services that will lead companies through their journeys to become modern, digital businesses.
“The financial services industry is racing to realise the benefits of digital business - like intelligent process automation, customer-first innovation, and cleaner, clearer data that enables more informed decision making.
As they do, their biggest business opportunities are in strengthening the relationships between customers, advisers, and staff. This makes Dynamics 365 an important component of digital transformation because it combines Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities together,” said Craig Beveridge, General Manager – Australia, Jade Software (pictured).
Offering deep sector knowledge, with years of experience partnering with insurers and superannuation providers, Jade takes a user-experience led approach, discovering and defining the right outcomes for every business.
Tailored data structures and integration across multiple tools bring tangible value, such as performance dashboards and KPIs at launch, and form a core platform for future transformation.
“Digital transformation is critical, and companies are dealing with multiple disconnected suppliers. Many of our financial services customers operate in the Microsoft stack, but they’re not yet leveraging its full functionality in support of their overall transformation. The integration of CRM into their digital strategy is a big part of this,” said Beveridge.
At the same time, Jade will now be able to tap into the rich functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help clients customise dashboards and reporting, as well as integrate core business systems to present a single view of the customer.
“With early adopter customers, Jade has been actively investing in Microsoft’s machine learning and chat-bot technology, to find and test discrete advantages early-on,” said Beveridge.
Sophie Corker, Dynamics Business Group Lead at Microsoft stated, “Combined with Jade’s deep sector expertise, the Dynamics 365 suite provides the scalability and enhancements required for businesses as they seek to better engage customers, empower employees and optimise operations. The increasing capabilities and offerings delivered by Microsoft Australia’s partner community is encouraging for local businesses embarking upon digital transformation, fuelled by new technologies and services.”
“A solid data platform like Dynamics 365, coupled with a strong services company will see the delivery of innovative new products to our customers in this sector. We’re thrilled to be offering Dynamics 365 as part of our digital transformation service services, and look forward to building a successful business with Microsoft in the years ahead,” said Beveridge.
