Jade Software appoints Sue Suckling as Chairperson
Jade Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Suckling to Chairperson of the board, at a time when the company is expanding its global footprint and investing for growth. Sue succeeds Ruth Richardson who stepped down from the board in May of this year after 18 years in the role.
Sue Suckling OBE, M.Tech (Hons) is one of New Zealand’s most experienced company directors and chairpersons, with over 25 years in governance roles for public sector organisations and SMEs, publicly listed, and privately-owned companies across a range of sectors. She is currently chairperson of Callaghan Innovation, New Zealand Qualifications Authority, ECL Group, Jacobsen Pacific and Lincoln Agritech Hub, and director of Sky City Entertainment Group and Restaurant Brands. She is a Companion of the NZ Royal Society, and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Her experience spans corporate governance, commercial investment, M&A, change strategies, international marketing, digital disruption, and harnessing science and technology for business growth.
Jade has seen strong growth to date in 2016 across all areas of the business. The addition of Sue to lead the board will strengthen the Company’s ability to drive further growth on a global stage.
