Jade’s culture gets some exposure

Working at Jade - May 13, 2016

tank.jpgAt Jade we’re all about culture, and people are starting to take notice. Two of Jade’s leaders, Caroline Francis and Colleen Bardsley recently featured in Stuff.co.nz talking about ‘Getting creative in the work place’. The pair discuss the value of a creative and productive culture.

Colleen explains that by holding events and competitions, staff are "actively involved, beyond their desk, and beyond their screen,"

They point to a strong culture as necessary part of innovating.

"People need to innovate and to innovate you need a culture where that's acceptable, where you bring [innovation] out and ask for it. It's not just something that happens from time to time,"

- Caroline Francis
