ICM 2024 is now available!

The latest release of Jade Software's Investigations Case Management (ICM) is ready for you. This release is full of updates that make the product more efficient and easier to use, whether you're a regular user or an administrator. Most of the updates in this release were developed in response to requests from people who use ICM every day, so you should find them helpful. Use the upgrade installer below to upgrade to the latest version.

About ICM Releases

We release new major versions of ICM every year. And we release new minor versions as required during each year. For example, the ICM 2024 major version might include the following releases:

ICM 2024 – First major release for 2024
ICM 2024 SP1 – First minor update for this release during the year
ICM 2024 SP2 – Second minor update for this release during the year

New minor versions of Jade ICM contain new features and minor fixes. We release hotfixes for all supported versions when necessary. The most up-to-date hotfix for a version of ICM is a consolidated hotfix that includes all the previous hotfixes for that version. The upgrade installer includes all the latest hotfixes for that release.

If you fall behind with upgrading your version of ICM, you’ll normally need to upgrade from one major version to another. However, for the ICM 2023 release we supported upgrading from the previous ICM 2022 release and any of the ICM 6.3.x releases.

Latest Hotfix
ICM hotfixes are cumulative, with the latest hotfix including all prior hotfixes.

ICM 2024 Hotfix Installer (Hotfix 4)

ICM 2024 Hotfix 4
o Corrects issue with XML file loads introduced by user configurable genders
o Corrects an issue with overlapping controls when editing document entities
o Corrects a z-order issue on 'Reset password for another user' screen
o Corrects 1090 exception cancelling calendar popup on the template screen
o Corrects issue with prior attribute being selected when date is selected on calendar
o Corrects issue with tabbing through attributes after using 'Add Another'
o Corrects issue with reviewing of case notes

ICM 2024 Hotfix 3
o Corrects an issue with the attributes popup on some forms being too wide
o When tabbing on attributes popup it went backwards when a date/time attribute was displayed
o Searching for Information/Incident report had a partially obscured search option
o Entities tab now has additional details to the right of the table of entities
o A clear button has been added above the filter list for entities
o Corrects an issue with a duplicate timer exception when merging entities
o Corrects an issue which allowed a task to be forwarded multiple times to the same recipient

ICM 2024 Hotfix 2
o Corrects an issue with some home page tiles not opening screen when clicked
o Corrects an issue opening Entity Relationship Type maintenance screen on some systems

ICM 2024 Hotfix 1
o Enhance Microsoft Word & Excel reports for Microsoft Purview security classification labels
o Corrects an issue extracting users
