ICM Product Releases

ICM 2025 is now available!

The latest release of Jade Software's Investigations Case Management (ICM) is ready for you. This release is full of updates that make the product more efficient and easier to use, whether you're a regular user or an administrator. Most of the updates in this release were developed in response to requests from people who use ICM every day, so you should find them helpful. Use the upgrade installer below to upgrade to the latest version.

About ICM Releases

We release new major versions of ICM every year. And we release new minor versions as required during each year. For example, the ICM 2025 major version might include the following releases:

ICM 2025 – First major release for 2025
ICM 2025 SP1 – First minor update for this release during the year
ICM 2025 SP2 – Second minor update for this release during the year

New minor versions of Jade ICM contain new features and minor fixes. We release hotfixes for all supported versions when necessary. The most up-to-date hotfix for a version of ICM is a consolidated hotfix that includes all the previous hotfixes for that version. The upgrade installer includes all the latest hotfixes for that release.

If you fall behind with upgrading your version of ICM, you’ll normally need to upgrade from one major version to another. However, for the ICM 2023 release we supported upgrading from the previous ICM 2022 release and any of the ICM 6.3.x releases.

ICM hotfixes are cumulative, with the latest hotfix including all prior hotfixes.

Are you looking for an older release?

We recommend you always use the latest available version of ICM so you benefit from all the new features, enhancements, and fixes. If you fall behind with your upgrades, you can access archived versions of ICM and upgrade sequentially.
