We help customers with digital strategy, we design and build software, and we implement and support technology platforms. People use our software to manage and run companies from banks to ports. We support core enterprise systems, build mobile apps, and do everything in between for clients all over the world.

We’re looking for people who our clients will choose to work with, so passion, energy, and verve are a great start. As for skills, we go way beyond just crunching code. We need common sense, business nous, soft skills and technical expertise, so we hire across all degrees and disciplines.
Our team is made up of designers, sales and marketers, accountants, HR, and of course computer scientists, operational support specialists, engineers, and developers.
It’s going to help if you have great grades, brilliant communication skills and a strong work ethic, and we also value you doing interesting things outside of study and work. Everyone. Seriously, everyone. We work in big cross-functional teams across departments, offices, and countries. If you’re a developer in Christchurch you could end up working with the marketing team in Auckland, support teams in the UK, and sales in Dubai.
Our overseas offices are in London, Dubai, Jakarta, Rotterdam, Jacksonville (USA), Sydney, and Melbourne. Our global research and development center is in Christchurch, and we’re also in Auckland and Dunedin. It’s not unusual for our staff to head off to other offices or clients’ sites in some of the world’s most interesting cities.
